So, before I make an application that I'm particularly attatched to, what are the GM opinions on the [url=http://andromeda.wikia.com/wiki/Eternal_Vigilance_Class]Eternal Vigilance[/url] class ship?

I only ask because I've heard some people say High Guard ships are OP.... I'd agree with that for Glorious Heritage or Siege Perilous class ships.
