While she was eating the lollipop, Jeremy had said "Good morning to you too."

Jeremy has drugs is officially confirmed. It's obvious that he accidentally drugged himself with the lollipop so now he's acting as if the teacher was here. She didn't feel anything, so he obviously only drugged some of them. So she backed away, back to her seat.
