I will say that I'm with my husband on this one. Creating things, whether it's for yourself, for someone else, or for sale is very rewarding. I knit and crochet and will hopefully learn to spin my own yarn from fiber. But, while most of my projects are for charity, myself, and for friends (like I'm making Skwaak a shawl), I have yet to make money off of it.

-edit- but no matter what you choose, learn something new as it helps stimulate your brain.
