Valen woke up and stretched. She rubbed the sleep from her eyes and sat up. She grabbed her armor and headed for the forge. She entered and found an empty workstation and sat down began working on her armor. She sat back thirty minutes later and decided to test it. Valen slipped her cuffs on and pressed s button. Armor clinked and slid up to her shoulders. She flexed her joints.

 [i]Flexible, lightweight, retractable. yes this will work.[/i] Valen thought and did the same to the rest. once that was done she went to working on the retractable spear. She made it lightweight and small enough to carry everywhere. In its compact form it looked like a small pipe with a triangular tip. She walked over to where she had seen shay and handed it to him. Her arm clinked and she realized she was still wearing her cuffs fully tracted. she pressed the button and they both changed back to metal cuffs.
