My inner Whovian wants to toy with this idea. But I'm pretty sure I'd [u]SSSSUUUUUCCKKKKK![/u] writing as any of the original Doctor's you have listed. If you could double up that'd be awesome cause I would so totes do the female Time Lord and Oc with ya, but I'm not sure if you'd be willing to do that, but I'd still do the male part to that plot listed if you're interested. I may be a girl myself, but I've played male parts before, and I haven't gotten any complaints yet.
