He could commit suicide (which now that I think about it is chillingly likely if Fiore's other consciousness started pushing hard on him), but I doubt there's anything such as a "planned death." It doesn't seem impossible to do in timeskips, though.

...Unless Lyrisa [i]planned[/i] offscreen for Fiore to have an "unfortunate accident."
