As the time lords ran into the center of town Alexander waited right until the Ravecs were in the direct center and slammed the two wires together causing a city wide blackout, The electricity flowed into the center running through the street lights like a huge spider web making it completely impossible for the Ravecs to escape as their electrical prison enclosed around them and held them there, Alexander took in a breath the moment he released the wire the cage would phaselock and would only open when the two wires were pulled apart. Alexander breathed in softly knowing that letting go of the wires would be a death sentence, "I'm coming Jack...I'm coming to see you again...Don't have to much fun without me..." Alexander turned his attention to the Timelords and humans, "While short...My Journey with you has been a good one...I see now that the universe really has been left in good hands...Good luck. Goodbye my friends..." And with that said he let go of the wires taking so much electricity into his own body that he was thrown across the street and landed smoking and dead.
