I'm going to put a pin in that for now. We have a lot of members (more than I initially expected), and I don't want things moving along too quickly. If some people never show up and spots open up, I can get ahold of you.

I saw your CS and have discussed it with Dark Wind. Unfortunately, we have some problems that we think can be fixed easily. First of all, we find it hard to believe that Victor would have such a violent personality (and be a killer) while being a member of The Lost Ones. After all, they stress no killing as one of their rules. Instead your character can be a member of the Wolves (although we are quite packed as is). Another concern is Victor's right arm. It could become overpowered since it's machinery and isn't very limited (not to say you would powerplay, but it is a bit of an unfair advantage). For now, your CS is not accepted.
