Gio, hate to tell you this but Bakudo 99 part 1 is captain level, and your guy isn't Captain nor Lieutenant level, sure you can use a mastery for Kido but that would only bring it up to Lieutenant level and that Bakudo is still captain level, so sorry but you need to edit it man.
