Seems you're here to make me think Yoshi. Good question. 

They wouldn't expect one Lost One to relay the message. That would be dreadfully inefficient, and very dangerous. Especially if that message never got relayed. We are in the future, so I suspect some technology might be around that they could use to pass messages back and forth. It's easy to do it that way. But… sometimes in literature technology bores me. 

I'm thinking the leader plants a message in a place at secret locations. And the others find it and look at it, then try to accomplish the mission. And, the leader always moves in a group to make sure the message is delivered outside of Amaranth territory and so they can avoid being stopped. It's not wholly developed in my mind yet, do you have a suggestion? Haven't had much time to work this out.
