~7th North Rukongai district~

Two men walked down the streets of the 7th North Rukongai District, the man on the left had his hands in his pocket whilst the other had his hands behind his head, then the man on the right spoke as he looked up to the sky "[b]Hey what ya think of this place? pretty fancy aint it? Would be a shame if someone were to ruin this peace...[/b]" The man on the left continued to walk with his hands in his pockets as he looked off to his left, his eyes scanning the area as he listened to his friend speak before replying "[u]It's shit...Just looking at these people makes me feel sick. I mean look at the way they live...it's so civilised, everyone has money, families. Nothing here is fought for...it's all just handed to them...[/u]" The man on the right then looked to his left and to the man on his left "[b]Well that's why we're here aint it? take from the rich and give to the poor...those Shinigami may think they keep balance around here but let's be honest...20 districts back and people start loosing food, 40 back and they start loosing their clothes, 60 back and it turns into a home for minor crimes and well..go back to 80 and all that resides around there is crime, murder and whatever else you can name...the shit there is disgusting...so thats why we are trying to help everyone out by making everything a level playing ground, removing the scum, bringing hope to the hopeless ...yet still our men are killed by these Shinigami...in truth they are more criminal than we are. I know what we do is a crime but we do it for good reasons right?[/b]" 

The man on the left simply shrugged then spoke "[u]Sure...tell yourself that kid. Your brother aint exactly a saint...more devil than anything else. That guy goes around looking for a reason to kill people...most frighting thing is he doesn't even use his damn Zanpakuto for half of the people he kills and it aint like they are weak. We're all ex-Shinigami but that guy...how he never became Captain I don't know...[/u]" The man on the right then stopped walking as his arms fell to his sides "[b]You know why...he did what he does now...save people by killing criminals, the Gotei 13 didn't appreciate what he did for them and saw what he was doing as a crime...he was forced to leave. He would have likely been one of the strongest Captains if he made it to that spot...and to think...we're at the bottom of the scale, it's especially depressing for me as I'm his brother.[/b]" The man on the left then stopped and turned to look at the other man, frowning at him slightly "[u]We aren't at the bottom of the scale...I could take on a lot of those guys I just don't want the responsibility, only reason you're here with me is because your brother don't want you being put in to much danger...he doesn't want you getting killed. So yeah...he may be holding you back but he's doing it to protect you...[/u]" The man on the right then waved his left hand to the other man "[b]Yeah, Yeah...whatever. Let's just do what we came here to do! 3...2...1...GO![/b]" 

The Two then set off, running around and into people's houses and shops, taking valuables, food, clothes and anything else worth money. The two showed some force to those who didn't comply yet even then it was only a punch or a boot, they may not have liked these people but they weren't here to kill them, just take their things...they things they didn't deserve! Sure enough though Shinigami caught wind of this and soon enough two Shinigami would be sent to deal with these trouble makers, reports however had become twisted and it read as such "[i]Two men, likely rogue Shinigami in the 7th North Rukongai District found assaulting and killing innocents, apprehend immediately and if not possible...Eliminate the criminals[/i]" However the two were not killing...it was just the way some Shinigami had become, they twisted the truth as to make things more interesting, to make it look like the Shinigami were taking crime seriously...to seriously...
