Kayden sighed and rolled a pencil across her desk, staring at the wall of her small flat. Her job as a blog post writer for companies was slow, she'd gone for a run already, her friends were all busy and she didn't have a dog to play with since she wasn't allowed any pets... Besides fish and she wasn't a fan of smell fish tanks. Ugh... She sat back and looked to her front door. Maybe she could go window shopping, she did live close to downtown and there were probably some good sales still. She quirked the side of her mouth and stood, braiding back her long, red mane of hair and pulled on a jacket. She grabbed her handbag and went to the door, quickly locking up and trotting down the stairs. It wasn't long until she was out on the street and walking, zipping the jacket to keep out the light chill in the air. Her hands were stuffed into the pockets and she continued on, until she bumped into someone. Oh if only she knew how exciting her life would become that day. "Sorry mate, mind's wanderin' off on me," Kayden said, her Irish accent heavy as she talked to a man with brown hair, a pin stripe suit, Chuck Taylor's and brown trench coat.
