I recently started playing The Fall and it's pretty neat. My current favourite shows are Fargo, Utopia and Black Mirror though only Black Mirror is sci-fi and so close to fantasy. PsychoPass and Monster are both cool anime series.

Edit: The Returned is really great too, and that one is fantasy.
