Using her spd license she can judge criminals and get authorization to arrest or kill on site. She can change into a costumed hero form. She is a Esper with the ability to read minds and can get information by touching a object a criminal held. However extended use leads to fatigue and to keep her ability in check she wears gloves only removing one if a situation calls for the use of it.
