@Dawnstar: Character accepted! Will add him to the list as soon as I can =)

@Mach2: Take your time. Even if we start before you finish your CS, it should be easy to insert you somewhere, whether you are a soldier or citizen.

@Major Ursa: For the soldiers, it will begin with a briefing at a large airfield that has been converted into an operating base for both the W.U. and U.N. They will begin with a mission briefing for the teams who are going in, and a small chance to meet each other and do their own thing before they get on a helicopter bound for Hell =). For the citizens... I'll let them do as they please for now, but something will happen that will catch all of their attention. You'll see what I mean when the first IC is up.

Also, I'll be making a character for the soldiers, but I'm not sure if I will have a citizen survivor character... I can make anything happen in the city anyway XD, but I'll need a character acting as a field commander in order to direct the actions of the rescue teams.
