Rennac was about to reply about how he was not demanding praise but simply trying to work when Varus spoke up. Of course he hadn't had the chance to show his ability, how could he when no one would let him do his goddamn job. He turned to the fuming boss and nodded, figuring it best to leave to assist the tech team. Dresden wouldn't listen to him anymore than he could get some hulking beast to serve a five star dinner. Still, he couldn't let the rage build up. He did that once before he got into the workforce and that ended VERY badly. He needed to immerse himself in his work, walking quickly to the computer lab and starting to update the core systems and keep them protected. He put his built up frustration to good use and started to hammer away at the updates, working with the technicians there and helping get the system up and running with the new protocols.Thankfully the techies warmed up to him considerably faster than Dresden and the others, using his knowledge of the update complimented the tech division's intimate knowledge of the ship's systems helped to make the update run more quickly.
