I would like to humbly accept the Russians offer of a defensive treaty.

Article I.
Upon signing this treaty the signers nations shall enter into a defensive alliance
Article II.
This document shall also set out to increase and improve trade between our nation's and their people.
Article III.
Upon signing this document the signatories ratify this document.
