My 119 is only at Fallen Giants/No Man's Wharf

My 140 is right in front of Iron keep, he might work

My 155 is also at iron keep apparently, but might not be within the range

And my 148 is only as far as Belfry Luna

My 140 is probably the best bet if you want to do the NG+ iron keep guy
