That's true. Dragons tend to think they're superior to anything else out there. But after killing the human prince, humans are already pretty mistrustful. 

The newly turned dragon would more or less act as a force of chaos, with pc's choosing to play a human or dragon (or possibly another race) and influencing the factions one way or another.
