The Russian people would like to congratulate the Dutch and the Prussians at their success in regaining their old lands back which where wrongly taken by the Belgians. We would also like to thank the Romanians on their wise decision to accept the Treaty of Odessa and hope that from this treaty a new age of prosperity and unity between the slavic peoples may occur. As for France's petty threats I believe they shouldn't call the kettle black, their support of the sovereignty of minor nations is hypocritical and humorous at best, we need not remind them of the Napoleonic era in which they conquered most of the German states. all the Prussians and the dutch are doing is regaining the land that belonged to their peoples. But I digress I must say if the french mobilize their forces against the Prussians or the Netherlands I will be forced to assist the Prussians and the dutch in the defense of their newly gained lands.
