I made her for a RP very similar to this. Forgive me if for I took the liberty of mentioning a College of Magic. If that is unsatisfactory to you, please do let me know, but it could play a part in a side plot.

As an infant Robin was left on the doorsteps of the College of Magic. She was taken in and officially adopted by the College, although Archmage Amicus remained her father figure until his death only last year.

 Robin remained a promising student at the College of Magic, specializing in herbology. She had even began an apprentice professorship under Professor Alstan. Robin had spent all her life living and working under the College. However, much as a scholar she was her passion was truly fieldwork. The outside world was full of wonder and surprises that didn't always come with reading books, although she never was one to spare a good read. Her work on her final dissertation keeps her busy most of the time.

Robin is generally quiet and polite by nature. Having spent most of her life behind the walls of the College she might even be described as naïve in many respects.

Adept at magic and very scholarly she is a wealth of knowledge in the fields of herbology and alchemy. However, she does hold great interest in learning swordplay, she has never really had any type of formal training in the subject.
