Okay, yeah. The Delphans are essentially an entire species of Kwisatz Hadarachs fused with the power of a billion badly-written sorcerer characters. This is not OP because they have enough self-restraint to not use their powers until the whole crusade thing happens.

It will happen when things get boring. Or when there is no chance of stopping it. It depends on how many anvils I want to drop.
