Daniel, wide-eyed and scared out of his wits, took a step back from the portrait, yet he could not tear his eyes away from it. His flames were extinguished, out of fear that something worse might appear if he did something else to it. "I don't know... I don't know..." he said in response to Sasha. Eventually he raised one arm and punched himself in the face to finally stop looking at the portrait. Shaking his head to clear his mind, Daniel said, "We need to get away from that thing. [i]Now[/i]." He turned left, then right, unsure which path to take, then noticed the figure on the left. "Wait, forget the portrait, what is [i]that[/i]?" Daniel asked.
