I'm gonna assume that he either can't make wishes for himself, or he doesn't wish to be put in a "Who Wants To Live Forever" situation. Though there [i]is[/i] the "I wish for you to be better" wish... Unless, and this is a wild mass guess here, his weak health was caused by a power so great that his wishes can't overcome it.

If we're speculating on what wish to use, a better one will be "I wish to take your place as God of Wishes." Which might actually fall in line with some guys.

Of course, Nobuo wouldn't wish that. He'd wish for Aoi-tan to be real.
