Rare, I really think you're overestimating European dependence on Latin America. Any blockade by any Latin American country is going do horrific damage to the economy of that Latin American country and have little impact whatsoever on any European nation. This is the colonial era; most European empires already have high tariffs imposed on foreign goods to ensure that only their colonies can trade with them on fair grounds. Brazil blockading Europe is the most horrible decision possible for the Brazilian economy. It's a good idea that you cancelled the operation, but you need to be temperate and consider the affect of the actions that you consider taking before you embark on them. Otherwise, you're going to need to make an addendum post to every single post you make.
