Daniel glanced over as the waitress reappeared. "I am too," he added, and shifted to allow her to take away their cleaned plates and utensils. "No," he replied with a shake of his head ads to the question of if they needed anything else. He shrugged at her question, working on an explanation before he began. "I mean, I guess you could think of it that way. I've just found that it's easier to do some things with magic than it is to do others. Like, Electricity, or teleportation. I actually don't really recommend that last one, unless you enjoy being unconscious." He didn't elaborate on hat point, but she could probably make some assumptions. He seemed to agree with her next statement though and rose, waving his hand over a napkin. Where once white paper was, when it moved away she could see it as a few dollar bills, enough to cover their bill. "Come on, let's go," he said as he rose from his seat. "That won't last long." With Alex in tow, he left the restaurant and began moving away, looking for a safe spot to chat, maybe practice as well.
