[/quote] I would imagine most cities in Europe still motly follow the sort of Haussmann style architecture you see in most of Europe or in Washington, DC. But some downtown districts in a handful Spanish cities have modern skyscrapers along the lines of what you'd see in large American cities in the 1960s - particularly in the Distrito Manzanares of Madrid I've mentioned a handful of times. I know Aaron has also mentioned more concrete n' steel in his larger cities on several occasions. I recall also that Vilage has mentioned that there are also some towers in downtown Addis Ababa.
