I thought this time to take the minotaur into another direction, he still will be not stupid(an average human intelligence, which is rather smart for a minotaur), but he won't have any magical abilities at all! Instead I want to play on the natural cunning part, my minotaur will be the practical engineer type.
He will not understand all the fancy theories and numbers, but give him a few sticks and he will build you a simple lever, throw a rope in there and he might be able to build a simple catapult.
Of course he will still be a tank and a very good fighter(he is a minotaur) :)
