Edit: And oh Titles are basically the ones kinda like in Tales of series. 

For example 10 combo hitter = The Wandering Knight Title.

I dunno how they are doing it here, but titles could mean collectibles, bonus exp, bonus skills/abilities/or stats. Or for fun xD
