Because the RP is focused on the Shinigami *Inserts bad comments about Bleach RPs that failed because they let all races run wild with whatever*

Quinces come in at a later time, Fullbrings I'm not fully sure on.

I highly doubt Bounts will ever be mentioned in this RP.
