I meant to say that I'm going to make what amounts to Dominick's brother and one of his sisters. They're not quite "Super" Villains since they don't have powers, but think of them as a sort of Evil Batman; rich aristocrats with shady night lives. I want to make them because I want to set a settling that shows that Dark Matter isn't the only villain operating in the city, as well as to expand on Dominick's own story. And compared to his brother and sister, Dark Matter's dealings with weapons are small time; he only operates in the city. His brother and sister have a criminal network around the world, with various villains and heroes. And the most humorous part is that Dominick has no idea about his family's crime career; as far as he knows, he thinks that he's the only one in his family who's a career criminal.

Dominick's family is the key to either his defeat or his rise to power, depending on how the Titans deal with them. Additionally, I wanted to include them so I could have some way for Sam to turn to the dark side, as well as a source of mooks and low-level bad guys for us to fight. Also a foundation for the other players if they want to make villains but don't know how they're suppose to get their supplies or powers.
