If you need more than four villains, you're doing something wrong. Honestly, four per person is too much but I'm allowing it. So, just try to keep it to one or two for now, if the plot really calls for it we can add more like in the Cross Family case but I plan for those guys to be spread out among us RPers. So I limit of four per RPer.
