Yea, I'd like for all the character back stories to have future development for the overall rp. So if all goes well, we'll be able to explore every characters backgrounds.

A. Yes, OC characters are allowed. Actually, they are your only option lol. I don't want DC crafted characters. 

B. The Justice League would most likely be busy saving the world. 

C. The plan is to make it like the New 52 titans yes. Therefore nobody will know each other yet. I'll probably have more information later once the OCC is up. 

As for your last comment. If you wanna go ahead and pm me your idea I'll go ahead and let u know if it'll work.
