Did… did he really just walk straight out to the lizard-things? Olivia’s hazel eyes went wide in shock as she leaned around the opposite side of the figure she was hiding behind and watched the interaction. Somehow the man was speaking English and the Lizard people were speaking in hisses and something that could best be described as clicks. Yet this Doctor was responded to something. Could… could he understand them? There was an immeasurable amount of shock on her small face when she drew the conclusion that he, well, he really was an alien. He was dead serious when they were running towards the giant doors and he was proving it rather vastly by communicating with the lizard creatures in front of them. One of the heads began to turn, looking in her direction; which caused her to disappear behind her hiding spot. Holding her breath in an uncomfortable manor she slowly turned her gaze the other direction just in time to see the blasting begin. Was he really thinking that the things with giant guns would respond to someone holding a little device that blinks? The realization came quickly that he was leading them away from her hiding spot. A nice gesture but she had no intention on leaving. She caused a problem and now she had to fix it. One of the few good things that came from living with her parents; that moral has stuck with her through thin and thick… maybe, in this case she should actually run? No! No, Olivia was not going to run away from something like this. That man-person-thing obviously wants to try to find peace with the situation and she would like to think that it would be possible. Especially if she could understand them; maybe if she could understand them, she could help the situation instead of harm it. Man… what kind of pickle did she get herself into? Lifting her head she look over the figure she was hiding behind to see him point the small blinking object in the direction of the massive aliens. Their guns blinked twice than shut off, as if powered down by the device in the Doctor’s hand. Her eyes went wide again, something that seemed to be a common reaction in that situation but it was better than screaming like a bloody fool, even if her tongue started to spill blood due to biting back the reactions she really wanted to give. Pulled back from her daze as she peeked so curiously (it was going to kill her one day, it really was), she realized she was getting yelled at, instructions actually. Run and get as many people as she could out of the buildings. But… she couldn’t just leave, this was her problem not his, and if he wanted to help fix it; she obviously wasn’t going to argue with someone who could communicate with the creatures but she was a bit to set in her ways to leave him by himself against the creatures. Eyes darting and hair flying, she finally figured out what she was going to do. A mad dash with strong prayers of not being seen, she pulled the red fire alarm, sending the building up in arms with alarms and the fire system instantly went off. Well… they already broke two vases; why not cover things in water? The reaction from the aliens… not, not the human alien, the lizard things… was that they were not expecting such a situation to happen, in fact that dropped their guns except the one that was advancing on the Doctor baring a large bowie knife, she had to stop him/her/it! Her sheer will and want to save the man who called himself the Doctor kicked in and she took off towards the alien with the knife as the other two reacted to the water with their instant confusion. The break between the three communicating with each other was all she needed. Jump Olivia launched herself from the ground and onto the back of the lizard-alien with the knife, startling it enough to have it drop the knife as Olivia wrapped a small arm around its neck and locked it in place with the other. Her long legs latching around the waist of the alien as it began to fumble about throwing its arms and crashing into things as an attempt to get Olivia off of his back as he pried away at her arm, clawing and scratched and hissing. The alien backed away from its comrades further and further. Olivia, moving her head slightly was able to make eye contact with the other alien, the human looking one, and yell. “RUN!” Before the alien backed her into the stone structure, it rippled like a drop hitting a pool of water and the two disappeared in a flash of yellow light. The light was just as blinding inside the stone as it was outside. Her eyes closely tightly as the alien continued to walk backwards, the flailing of its arms and clawing at her seemed to slow as they moved out of the stone structure and into… well what can be called a stone cavern filled with… hissing noises… Opening her eyes, Olivia saw that the cavern held at least twenty to thirty of the aliens she just had in a choke hold. Horror filled her eyes as the alien fell to its knees than onto its face. She had knocked him out, yay, but in front of his comrades. “You’ve got to be joking.” She muttered under her breath as she slowly got to her feet. The room around her seemed to hesitate as she rose to her full height, for not being tall she came across as intimidating by taking out one of their people but… that didn’t last long because soon she was advanced upon and even though she kicked and fought. She was caught and drug away from the teleportation stone; the last thing echoing out of her mouth as she was drug into the darkness was something she honestly never thought she’d yell, “DOCTOR!”
