Added some rules and a CS so that you guys can get started working on characters if you want. Feel free to post them here for feedback, but nobody will be officially accepted until the OOC comes up. I'll have you repost your profiles there.

We currently have 5 people expressing interest. When we get 8 people interested, I'll set up the OOC.
