‘Well at least the layout seems simple enough…’ Nicole was glancing at a map of the camp given to her by a close friend back home who gave her the idea of working at a summer camp. In fact, she was supposed be a counselor alongside Nicole but suddenly backed out of it last minute after it had been revealed that there were a few murders within the grounds. She understood that it might have been painful for her but she really didn’t understand her fear, nor would her friend open up about it. There was nothing to fear, the media assured that the murderer was apprehended. Yet Nicole’s heart started racing as she lifted her gaze from the paper and looked around. She was completely alone with no one in sight. About to jump up and try to find some other people, a distant yelling stole her attention. She looked from behind her sunglasses at a bright green blur and a dark form moving about. “Shoot.” She mumbled slipping on her glasses from her pocket finally able to see the guy lying on the ground next to a bike. She gasped and took off for him as fast as she could, “Hey! Hey! Are you ok?!” When she reached him Nicole fell to her knees and began searching his body for injuries, “What happened? Are you hurt? Is it internal? External? Do you see a bright light? Oh God please don’t die!!”
