Kami smiled, as his senses locked onto the perpetrator. A woman. Not only was she calm, but he could sense the electronics she was carrying. That wasn't a cellphone. It was a trigger, for explosives. Kami moved above his victim, moving through the ground as electricity. He's behind her. She's in arms reach. Now he should strike. She can't see him. He didn't make a sound appearing. Now, as the rightful hero, he would strike down this vile foe, saving the day. Right? Before there was delay, and ambiguity, and there was so much stuff, but right now..... now was the time to strike. He had to. He..... Before he could think more, kami's hand shot forward. It was as if instinct guided him, his mind blank, as his hand moved through her skull, electricity flowing towards her brains, into her nervous system, where her own electricity was moving. The woman stiffened, as Kami sensed her heartbeat accelerating. She gasped, and turned to see the man behind her. And then, she died. Every nerve in her brain, fried to pieces. Instant, and painless. Kami stood still, gazing down at the woman as she halted, and shivered. She dropped to her knees, her expression blank, before crashing to the floor. He had killed the villain. He was the good guy. She was a bad person, and needed to die. he was the good guy. It didn't matter what he did, he was a good guy. He was the hero. He was the hero of the story, and this was his victory. He had won. This was good. He'd killed the evil villain, and the citizens would rejoice.... he wasn't a murderer. He was a hero. He was the triumphant hero. And Kami laughed. He laughed in victory. He didn't screamed. And then there was a flash, and Kami disappeared, back in his home. Back into his boring old clothes. Back into his normal chair. Sitting, holding his head, as he convinced himself he wasn't a murderer.
