I only got to look at the character once and wasn't even able to read it through at the time. I'll take a good look at it once youre done editing. The best advice I can give is to look at the approved characters and try to land on an equal power level.

First off. After only reading yor first paragraph I am certain that we will be able to come to a satisfying compromise. I love it when people are open and able to discuss their creations.

Alright. I see what you're saying about the shurikens and I have to say that I agree. However I would still like to see a jutsu that lets your character wield the weapons without harming herself.

The speed burst... I have a problem and I see thar the Hatter has written somethng about it, so I'll wait and see...
Well, I have to agree with the Hatter here. It's a long shot.

About the scroll collection/info. 
My big fear with this, as well as something I absolutely loathe in Naruto games is that players often sneak in knowlegde that their characters could not possibly have. And your large collection of info from various villages could be seen as a way to... Well, almost cheat. 
Say we come up against a Hyuuga, we have a hard time fighting as the bastard can see everything we do. Then your character (in this case, because info hoarding) suddenly realise that she's read about the clan in her scrolls and instantly forms a plan to use the Hyuuga's blind spot. Suddenly this near-impossible encounter is over within a few posts. 
I think you can see the problem, but if you're just interested in the poison-bit and some random nonsense I have no problem letting you have the scrolls.

To start with I can't really see how your character hides his body, I think you have to put more effort into the description of find/make a picture.
After glansing at your background I can already tell tht your character s shaping up to be way too powerfull for this game. 
Our characters are supposed to be roughly chuunin-level and undertrained. Please read the OP again and have a look at the approved characters before you continue.[/hider]

Haha I remember that game. I became so mad at people for not remaining consistent and at other times blatantly ignoring the rules... I just had to say something... Also I am a big Narutard (apparently, in my eyes “regular” Naruto-fans just can't remember basic stuff) and it bothers me when people gets things wrong...
