Anakin still being in his flesh and blood form would have managed, his troopers would have all died however. Also I don't see how people could have got off the shuttle without you noticing. I'm follow the NuCanon which means movies and TCW. There aren't personal stealth generators in NuCanon. If I was going with EU sure... but yeah...
