-Channeling qi is pretty much the standard wuxia stuff like running on walls and doing super jumps.
-Booze isn't exactly hard to make, what with only needing two or three ingredients and time. Beer, for example, is just grain, yeast, and water.
-He still shows up in the village about once every couple months to trade liquor (mostly cheap rotgut) for supplies. Everyone thinks he's just this weird hermit- which, in fairness, he totally is.
-I suppose he was for a bit, but most of his training came from after becoming a hermit- "training" in this case being drinking, fighting swamp beasts, drinking, doing meditation, drinking, sparring with mysterious wandering warriors, drinking, and the like.
-Trades it for supplies.
-Can do.
As for the still, it's a location near to the village which relates to the character. Were those not the criteria given?
