Anthony is a responsible and motivated person. He respects and cares for everyone, keeps them in line, and can successfully lift their spirits when times get tough. He is also encouraging to every member on the team in both positive and negative ways. He is determined, ambitious and strong-willed, using his motivation to strive towards their goals. He is also shown to be courageous, as he has run into burning buildings to save civilians. He is also capable of cropping up his frustration during missions in order not to demotivate his team. 

[b]History/Backstory: [/b]
Born into a household of criminals, Anthony was influenced by his parents decisions to do these bad deeds. He started off by picking pockets and stealing from convenience stores. As he grew older, the missions his parents put him through got even more dangerous - he even started to use a gun for intimidation, a gun acquired from a stolen inventory truck titled LexCorp. Ironically, despite how immoral Anthony's parents were, they never killed anybody, only sometimes injured them if necessary. Basically, as many are known in their new world, Anthony's parents have become villains. And as seen on the television, heroes continued to multiply in numbers, taking criminals like Anthony and his parents straight to prison. With numerous crimes already committed, Anthony's parents - if caught - would spend the rest of their miserable lives in a cell. Anthony feared such resolution, therefore attempted to persuade them to stop. Despite his words to them, despite being their only child, the couple would not turn a blind eye. So Anthony took action. He began to change sides, going against everything he was taught to do. He wanted to change, to show his parents that good was more beneficial than their malicious ways. But even those attempts failed. He even dressed up in a fancy outfit to persuade them - all pointless. Eventually, as he feared, his parents were captured by the police and taken into custody for questioning. The force tied to them to numerous crimes and sentenced both of them to life without parole. In response to this, Anthony has taken the identity of Tiger. Anthony was able to step away from a predestined path and capable of making his own. Today, he fights crime hoping to pay for his parents and own personal sins. Still he uses the wild technological revolver he acquired from his father to initially rob people.

[hider=LexCorp Revolver]This one specific revolver can only be used by those with LexCorp Charge Gloves. The gloves give off a certain nanotech energy that creates self loads nano-bullets into the revolver's cylinder. After cocking the hammer, one can pull the trigger to fire a nano-bullet that can dent or near pierce the strongest titanium alloys. Therefore, as long as one has the self charging gloves on, bullets are limitless.

[b]Powers/Abilities:[/b]
Having undergone an evidently vigorous and intensive training regimen, Arsenal has demonstrated impressive physical feats for a human of his age and size.

Speed: Anthony has shown to be able to run at above the average speed for someone his age in combat situations.
Endurance: He is also able to maintain his stamina during a combative situation.
Agility: Anthony has proven to be at a high level of human agility, able to move, dodge and react to danger with impressive speed.
Reflexes: Anthony has shown to react very quickly in combat.
Acrobatics: Anthony has shown to be good in basic acrobatics.[/hider]
Strategist: He has shown to prepare before engaging in combat and overtaking a stronger enemy, to the degree that many commented that this was his greatest asset. This factor was especially apparent after Anthony ambushed a S.W.A.T. in the past. Afterwards, escaping capture - all the while using weapons and equipment that had been specifically selected within a very short period of time.
Marksmanship: Anthony has shown to be highly skilled in hitting his targets.
