"Supreme Intervention required. Current present fleet powers considered weak in comparison to our own. Psionic and omnipresent activities, cease immediately. Faust, leave the sector, or join our negotiators on our alpha ship. You will know where they are. The rest of you; send a shuttle with three of your best, a negotiator, and a diplomat.
