That little smile helped to calm Tohru's nerves a bit, but she was still reeling with anxiety even after Officer Nishuda left her alone. She felt as though she owed Mira an explanation as to how the Tokyo Police know her, but....how would this cute girl react to it, a felon in her midst. The worst would be she would avoid Tohru forever, or blurt it out to the whole school that her roommate's street trash (not like they knew that already). Tohru didn't even want to consider the outcome of this abrupt and mortifying meeting. Ignoring it, she kept unpacking her duffel bag, listening to Mira say that it was maybe half an hour before classes started. Good. That gave the girl enough time to cool off. Mira didn't seem all to fazed by the incident, but it was hard for Tohru to read the chick's mind and figure out what she was honestly thinking of her new roomie. "Oh uh....true." She hesitantly replied scratching the back of her head. Tohru just had to think of something to occupy her thoughts, keep away the negative vibes that were encroaching on her fragile mind. Wait, an idea! Maybe all Tohru needed was a stroll around the campus. Yeah, that could work, and....she could hang out more with Mira before class. "So....." But when she tried to ask the pink haired girl to go with her, she felt as if her throat was seizing shut, forcing her to battle her mind just to say a few words. "So....you think we have enough time to....go for a walk?" Zero points for the delivery, but an A for effort at least. "I mean it's....it's been a while since I've been here, and I just wanna familiarize myself with where everything is." True, she had been gone for some time, but not just from Lilium, from the outside world as well. Where were most of her summers spent? Jail usually, four walls of thick cement and a gate of cold, rusted iron. Some paradise... "So...you wanna go?" Tohru prayed Mira would say yes.
