Superman could kill Batman, his infinite mass punch would destroy him easily since it is as powerful as a supernova. Batman wins the fights because ether Superman is holding back or the writers give Superman less power. Also Batman needs prep time to fight against Superman otherwise he would lose a lot quicker.
