Effy followed him quickly, excited by the prospect of vodka. There was no situation that alcohol couldn't remedy. It was the perfect cure all, fixing everything from broken hearts to self esteem issues. The black and white cat was still wrapped tightly in Effy's arms, and now appeared to be smirking at Gin. If Effy was shocked by Flauros' rude remarks towards gin, she didn't show it. She was curious as to why their new companion hated Gin so much and what type of trouble he was referring to. Had Gin brought issues such as this to him before? She highly doubted it, but she thought it was best if she didn't ask many questions when it came to matters such as that. "How have you been, Flauros?" Effy asked as she bridged the gap between them. She had to job to keep up with his large strides. "Oh, and I like your cat. If I didn't know better, I would try and steal him." She nodded towards the cat in her arms whom was still purring contentedly. She glanced at the large man, trying to gauge his reaction to her questions and statement. Nothing. It would have been easier for her to read a book in a foreign language than it was to read this man.
