Personality: Inari, frankly, is a strange woman. Bizarre in mannerism and outright unorderly, most of what she does in the world is to in some way make those around her uncomfortable. Afflicted by perpetual boredom, the trickster often shirks her duties in order to find some form of entertainment, entertainment generally found by fucking around with the subordinates that the world government had been so kind as to place under her. She cares very little for the ideals of 'justice' and 'doing what's right', a morally grey person at best and a selfish villain at worst, she'll almost always put her own interests above those of the general public or even her own allies. A lazy, avaricious and manipulative soul, the only thing keeping her from becoming a malicious force is the utter lack of ambition she contains, content with simply wiggling through the ranks as her superiors see fit and finding meaningless fun in toying with those she meets. She's not ALL bad, however. There is some traces of loyalty in the foxy female, as she's quite protective over those she considers 'fun'. If something were to happen to them, who would break up the boredom? 

History: Inari has always been a rather privileged girl. From birth, she was lavished on by a wealthy family in the lovely country of Mariejois. Her earliest years were spent in the lap of luxury, pampered and spoiled by the infinite pockets of her noble parentage. She was the perfect daughter to her parents and in return for that, she was given her every desire and lived as comfortable as one could. But it was all so... boring! By the time she had hit her teenaged years, she ached to rebel, to do something fun to liven up the monotony of her perfect life. So, she did what any logical young person would do... she broke stuff! Rules, buildings, people... The sky was the limit! If only those stuffy marines hadn't stepped in. As it so turned out, the World Government didn't like it when you destroyed stuff in their capital! By the time she was sixteen years old, the girl had been arrested 4 times, charged with 4 counts of arson, 10 counts of theft, 3 counts of public indecency, 13 accounts of assault and battery and 27 counts of sexual harassment against Marine officials, most of which obtained during her multitude of apprehensions. 

Thankfully, her nobility kept any of her various crimes from becoming a problem. But, to have such a disorderly daughter wasn't good for the image of her lovely family. So, to quell this rebellion, her father enlisted his young daughter into the navy in the hopes she would learn some discipline from them. Of course, his little girl couldn't be seen mucking about with the grunts, so using the strings he had with the local base he had Inari instantly promoted to the rank of Lieutenant... completely voiding the point of the exercise. Life in the marines was more exciting than back home. When not forced to do stuffy paperwork, she had an entire crew of goons to goof about with, along with a healthy dose of power to abuse. She spent a solid four years with her crew, slowly jumping rank from rank with a little bit of sucking up here and threats of violence against certain individuals family's there, soon finding herself a Captain of a beautiful crew of misfits. Able to freely pursue her desire, it took the girl a mere few months to find and consume and cursed fruit to further bolster herself. Now she sails the four blues, looking for havoc where she can and starting it where it isn't found. 

Devil Fruit: Kami Kami no Mi, Moderu: Kitsune

Abilities:

Zoan Forms: Possessing a powerful Mythical Zoan, Inari is capable of transforming into a hybrid or full state to access to powers of her devil fruit. In her hybrid state, she gains a pair of distinct fox ears and nine swaying tails, along with several other bestial traits. In her fully transformed state, she takes the form of a large white nine-tailed fox.

[*]Shapeshifting:[/*] As per her zoan fruit's abilities, Inari is capable of shape shifting into any object or person she's seen while in her zoan state. 

[*]Flame Conjuration:[/*] Inari is capable of generating and controlling flames thanks to her fruit. These flames tend to take on a dark color and burn far hotter than other, natural flames. 

[*]Illusionary Projections:[/*] As her final ability, Inari is capable of using the prankster like nature of her fruit to summon illusions of varying degrees of complexity to confuse and disorientate her opponents. [/list] 

Swordsmanship: Inari is an accomplished sword user with years of tutelage in the art. With her devil fruit powers active, she is capable of using her tails to wield multiple swords simultaneously to overwhelm single opponents of keep multiple opponents at bay.

Superhuman Attributes: Being a marine captain, Inari's physical abilities are high above the baseline of humanity, making her a potent adversary to face off against even without her devil fruit abilities.
