[B]Backstory Description[/B]

Ethan Bronson was born on July 1, 1967 in the Russian Hill district of San Francisco, California. His mother, Natasha Walker was a frequent smoker that worked at the District Attorney's office and his father, a Half-American, Half-English man, was an [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ensign_(rank)#United_States]Ensign rank[/url] in the [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Navy]United States Navy[/url] who was rarely at home.
Three years after Ethan's birth his parents broke up and Ethan's mother took him with her and moved to Los Angeles. Ten years later, Ethan's mother died of lung cancer.
With no guardians available to Ethan, his father sent him to a [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boarding_school]military boarding school[/url] which he finished with high grades. After that, Ethan went to the [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Military_Academy]U.S. Military Academy[/url] where he majored in physics and received a bachelor's degree in science.

After graduation he was commissioned into the [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/101st_Airborne_Division] 101st Airborne Division [/url] as a [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_lieutenant#United_States] Second lieutenant [/url], leading a platoon of 16 men. He saw action almost immediately after his graduation, in February 1991, during the [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gulf_War]100 Hour War[/url]. Because of his great leadership, none of his men were killed in action during the conflict.
A year and a half later he was promoted to the rank of [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_lieutenant#United_States
]First lieutenant[/url] and was required to lead a specialty platoon.
In 1998, five years later, Ethan was redesigned to [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta_Force]1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta[/url] (Delta Force) under the rank of [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captain_(United_States_O-3)]Capitan[/url].
During this time Ethan met his father, 56, retired and on his death bed, whom became an ex-[url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lieutenant_commander]Lieutenant Commander[/url] in the [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Navy_SEALs]Navy SEALS[/url]. They exchanged their goodbyes and so, Ethan cut his ties to his past.

Nine years of serving in the hottest spots in the world during the [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_on_Terror] War on Terror[/url] gave him a few [url= http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Intelligence_Agency]company friends[/url] that recommended him for the newly formed [url= http://thedivision.gamepedia.com/The_Division]Strategic Homeland Division[/url], or simply "The Division".

Ever since then, Ethan has became a sleeper agent for The Division waiting until his activation.

The Sonar Goggles uses sonic pulses tracked by an advanced AI chip to provide a visual representation of the engagement zone. In other words, Sonar Goggles are used to (literally) see through walls to identify humans, discriminating between armed targets and civilians, detect hazards and obstacles.
Sonar Goggles chief drawback is that the view is disrupted if the user is moving. Also, Electrical Pollution (Dirty Electricity) can be used to jam the goggles.

The F2000 is a light compact 5.56×45mm NATO-caliber assault rifle configured in a bullpup layout, designed by FN Herstal in Belgium and debutted in 2001. Ethan has replaced the standart Handguard with the recently introduced "Tactical" handguard, that features picatinny rails on the bottom and on the sides onto whom he has put a Magpul RVG foregrip and a Insight Technology AN/PEQ 12 TIPAL laser sight. Plus, the standart 1.6× magnification optic was replaced with a Elcan SpecterDR 1-4x tactical scope and the standart F2000 flash hider was replaced with the flash hider from SCAR-L.[/hider]
