It's not meant to be, it's a bit selfish, but my time is valuable to me, so if I'm going to use my vacation time with a friend I hardly ever see, I'd like to know it's not going to in vain for a dead thread. The intent is not to be harsh, but rather to have open and clear communication. By letting the group know that this is how I feel, and promising a post afterwards instead of simply lurking, I had hoped to let everyone know that I am interested in and committed to continuing our adventures together, so long as others are willing to show some interest and commitment themselves.

I promise I'm not as cold in real life as I can be on the internet :p

Edit: Though I am as strange and existential as I am on the internet... >.<
