I'd say mainly have Errol react to the shit that happened around the bar, given all the stuff happening, it's only a matter of time before he bumps into somebody from Nova.

As for the new characters, could be that Nova was contacted by a few of them or picked up some others on the mission, either as temporary help/ passage, or as potential recruits as Nova realizes they need more manpower to pull off some of the bigger heists.

Don't expect Tanya to be happy about it, though. She's barely learned to like the people she has already. :P
