"Why yes, I wouldn't miss the birth of the first human child in this family" Caex replied. "I mean, this is still new to me with Auryn and all, and a human will be even newer. My father was there for my hatching, although I've never actually seen a human birth. This will be interesting."

Kos smiled. "I'll have to show you, then. Wait just a moment!" He went upstairs to get his armor and weapons, taking a couple of trips to get everything into place. He put on the armor, piece by piece, so that every part of him was covered in steel, save for his tail and feet. He had a helmet on as well which covered the top of his head.

"I've got some coverings for my tail and the top of my feet as well, but those are uncomfortable" Kos told them.
